FAQs

WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT START AND FINISH?
Gates open at 12pm for everyone to arrive and get comfortable before the first act on stage for 1pm. The event will finish at 10pm.

WHERE IS THE FESTIVAL LOCATED?
We have 3 great venues for the Mirror Image Tribute this year:
EXETER - Heavitree Pleasure Ground, Granite Park, Heavitree EX1 3DN
NORTH DEVON - Ilfracombe Rugby Club Hillsborough Road, EX34 9QN
WALES - The Showground Carmarthen SA33 5DR

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
Free parking is available onsite at North Devon and Wales. Nearby parking is available for Exeter.

IS THERE SEATING AVAILABLE?
No seating, however you are welcome to bring your own camping chairs and picnic blankets.

ARE THERE DISABLED ACCESS & TOILETS?
All 3 venues have disabled access and disabled toilets situated on site.

CAN WE BUY TICKETS ON THE DAY?
On the day bookings can be taken on site at our box office or purchased online if there is any availability.

CAN WE BRING FOOD & DRINK?
You cannot bring your own food and drink into the festival (unless for medical requirements and you have this confirmed). However, we have fully stocked bars and range of street food vendors on site.
Bar and the food vendors will be taking both cash and card payments and using challenge 25, so please bring ID.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Bag and body searching is a condition of entry and anyone found to be in possession of the below items cannot enter the event.
Opened water bottles or drinks bottles. However, you may bring an empty reusable water bottle
Alcohol, including alcohol in a sealed bottle
Illegal drugs and narcotics including drug paraphernalia and nitrous oxide
Any bladed article or offensive weapons including ‘pepper spray’
Fireworks, explosives or flares
Needles or sharp objects, with the exception of medications such as epi-pens or insulin
Glass
Flags or poles
Air horns or drones
Any articles that could cause harm to the public or property

CAN WE RE-ENTER ONCE WE LEAVE THE SITE?
No re-admissions after 5pm.

HOW DO I SHOW MY TICKETS?
On arrival, please have your tickets ready to show on your phone or printed off.

WHAT AGE IS THIS EVENT SUITED TO?
The Mirror Image Tribute Fesstival is a family friendly event, open to all ages. Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?
Buy tickets for any of our venues here.

CAN TICKETS BE REFUNDED?
Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged except in the case of postponement or cancellation of the event.

CAN WE PAY WITH CASH OR CARD AT THE VENUE?
Cash and card are both accepted.

IS THERE CAMPING AT THE FESTIVAL?
No. This is a day festival with no camping.

WHAT SHALL I DO IN EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS?
Ensure you drink plenty of fluids and stay hydrated in hot weathers. Apply sunscreen regularly and avoid heatstroke and exhaustion.
If you feel unwell during the festival, please speak to an onsite medical team member immediately.
Please dress accordingly for wet weather conditions with waterproof jackets and coats. Ponchos are prohibited and encouraged in the event of rainfall.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
Only assistance dogs are allowed on site.

CAN I SMOKE/VAPE?
Smoking/vaping is permitted in the open air but please be respectful to other festival goers.
